I'm so sorry something came up! We are able to transfer a class within 72 hours of your original date. We allow a one class transfer policy.
We are unable to cancel a class or provide a refund. Our teacher gets paid for the time she sets aside whether or not you attend.
We'd love to have you in a future class!

We do not accept returns. We do allow exchanges for store credit.
There is a 7 day window to reach out to us at info@kickassneedlepoint.com to initiate the exchange.
Once we receive your request, we will send you a label and ask that you send your canvas back in it's original packaging. We will then issue you a gift card for store credit once we receive your package. Canvas may not be stitched on, labels removed, or been previously attached to stretcher bars. It must come exactly how it was sent.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES FOR THREADS or ACCESSORIES. -
Sorry I changed my mind and want to cancel. If you order has not already been shipped it has been cancelled.
We are unable to cancel any orders that have already been marked as shipped!

Unfortunately after an order has been placed we are unable to change the payment method.
You can use your gift card on a future purchase!

Most orders ship out in 1 or 2 business days.
Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days.
