I'm so sorry something came up! We are able to transfer a class within 72 hours of your original date. We allow a one class transfer policy.
We are unable to cancel a class or provide a refund. Our teacher gets paid for the time she sets aside whether or not you attend.
We'd love to have you in a future class!

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
WE ARE NO LONGER OFFERING EXCHANGES ON CANVASES OR ACCESSORIES.
We can exchange thread that was previously purchased at KAN as long as the original tags are still present and threads have not been used.
