Ready to move beyond the basics? Mahjong 102: Intermediate Strategy is designed for players who already understand the rules and want to sharpen their decision-making, efficiency, and overall gameplay.

In this class, you’ll learn how to read the table, track discarded tiles, and make smarter calls on whether to pass, claim, or pivot your hand. We’ll cover key concepts like defensive play, tile efficiency, recognizing patterns, and adapting your strategy based on opponents’ moves. You’ll also explore common pitfalls that slow players down—and how to avoid them.

Through guided examples and live practice rounds, you’ll develop a deeper sense of timing, probability, and risk management. By the end of the session, you’ll feel more confident building winning hands while staying flexible under pressure.

Ideal for players who have completed a beginner class or have a working knowledge of Mahjong and want to play more competitively and strategically.
